• We accept returns of Goods from Shopin Di Apparels within 7 days from the purchase date.
• We do not accept returns of bottomwear products such as leggings,palazzo sets,suits and etc due to hygiene reasons.
• We only accept unused items and it should be in the same condition which was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and folded properly.

• We provide you with a well-established delivery service by Singpost (Singapore Post), our local postal service and we ensure the products ordered by you reach without any defect, damage or quality issues.

• Both the international as well as the domestic orders are shipped and delivered through Singapore Post ensuring the buyers an accurate delivery, in good condition, and at the right time.
• Prices for shipping is calculated by Singapore Post.
• Pre-order Goods will take 2-3 weeks plus the usual shipping time for your order to reach your address Singapore/Malaysia. Sometimes orders will be directly sent to you from our India warehouse.
• In-stock Orders will be immediately Dispatched within 24 hours and you will get your order within 1-3 days by Delivery.
• Email/SMS will be sent to you when your order is fulfilled.
• • For any international shipments, Customs Duty/ Import Duty if charged, it has to be paid by the buyer. VAT/ Custom Taxes and import duties are not in our control and they may vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid by the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for any kind of delay caused by any unforeseen time-lags by the courier company in delivering the parcel to the customers.
  • Before packing orders we check the products are in good condition before we send to customers. Therefore there is no such situation that the product is being torn or worn off. 
  • Shopin Di Apparels is not liable to pay for any broken or lost products in transit of parcels.

• All In-stock orders will be processed and delivered to you within 2 working days, once payment is cleared.
• For pre-orders, orders will be processed, shipped and delivered to you within 14 to 28 working days.
• We accept Payments by Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards,ATOME, GRAB Pay/ GRAB Paylater* and Paypal.
• In case of where we have accepted payment for out of stock orders, the customer will be contacted( please give contact number or email in check out ) and immediate refund will be made if refund needed or orders can be exchanged. *For orders paid via grab payment or other paylater modes, the refund will be given via cash voucher for orders paid via grab payment modes.
• Shipping Charges to be borne by Customer only. 
• For Singapore orders above $50, Home Delivery is Complimentary. (Free)

Note : Measurements of Your Waist and Hips are according to the design of the product. E.g Anarkali Dress may have a big flair around the hips so it will fit all sizes. Straight Cut Kurtis will follow the chest measurement all over.
